The Star Pottery is a warm and friendly workshop,  designed for anyone with a passion for making objects out of clay. Mohamed is a master potter with 35 years of experience and expertise in throwing and decorating. He teases out the individual creative streak and welcomes exploration and enjoyment.

Taster sessions last for 3 hours and take place on Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm.

COST £98.00 per person.

Max 3 students, all abilities welcome.

 

The class includes a demonstration on the wheel, discussions on technical matters and individual tuition. Tea/coffee. Each student has their own equipment and seated electric wheel. Students will make a series of bowls.

​

Your bowls will be glazed and fired for you and you'll be able to collect them at a later date. (Usually about 8 weeks) Glazed pots will be charged at £3.00 per small pot and £7.80 per large pot.

Please email us before sending any payments so we can confirm that the space is still available. Booking needs to be confirmed in advance and please note that your place on the taster session is only secured once we have received payment.

If you need to cancel please let us know at least 2 weeks before your session. If you cancel after that time we will try and re-book you at a later date but cannot offer you a refund.
